Profile

The Profile tab centralizes your personal and account-related information, along with essential security settings. It ensures that each user maintains clear visibility into their account status and can enforce strong authentication practices.

What it includes

• User Information

  Displays your personal details and organization linkage:

  • First Name / Last Name – The registered user identity.

  • Company – The organization the user belongs to (e.g., Cystack).

  • Status – Indicates whether the account is currently Active or suspended.

  • Phone / Country – Optional contact and regional details.

    This section can be updated by clicking Edit.

• Credits Overview

  Shows whether credits are available for use. This links directly to ASM scanning and other consumption-based features, giving users instant awareness of their quota.

• Change Password

  Allows secure updating of login credentials.

  • Current Password – Must be entered to verify ownership.

  • New Password / Confirm Password – Ensures a new, secure credential is set.

    Once submitted, the password is immediately updated across the platform.

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  Provides an option to Enable 2FA for stronger account security.

  With 2FA activated, each login requires not only a password but also a one-time code sent to your email or authenticator app. This prevents unauthorized access even if a password is compromised.
