History
The History tab provides a centralized log of every action taken within the Brand Protection module, ensuring full traceability, accountability, and visibility of the fraud-handling lifecycle.
Filters
At the top, multiple filters allow users to quickly narrow down historical records:
Action – Filter by the exact type of activity, such as Fraud Created, Post Added, Comment Added, Takedown Completed, Takedown Rejected, Request Takedown, Reviewed, Out Of Scope, To Check By Customer, Fraud Link Updated, Post Link Updated, Deleted.
Created At – Narrow results by time, such as Last Day, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year, More Than Year.
Created By – Filter by the team member or system account that executed the action.
Type – Refine by category of entry: Fraud, Post, or Comment.
These filters give customers and analysts the ability to isolate only the most relevant actions, saving time when investigating specific takedowns or fraud cases.
History Table
Below the filters, the History table displays all logged actions in a structured format:
# (Index) – Sequential number for easy reference.
ID – Unique identifier of the history record.
Fraud ID – Links the action to a specific fraud case.
Action – Describes the activity performed (e.g., Takedown Completed, Request Takedown).
Post ID – References the related post if the action is tied to a specific fraudulent post.
Comment ID – References any attached analyst comment or note.
Created By – Indicates who executed the action (System or a named user).
Created At – Timestamp showing when the action occurred.
This structure ensures that every fraudulent activity is fully auditable from its creation, through updates and investigations, to the final takedown. Customers can trace exactly what happened, when it happened, and who performed each step.
