Reports Scheduler

The Reports Scheduler tab allows organizations to automate the delivery of reports directly to their inboxes. Instead of manually generating a PDF every time, you can configure recurring schedules, select what type of intelligence to include, and define exactly when and where reports should be sent.

This ensures that executives, SOC analysts, and other stakeholders always receive up-to-date intelligence without manual effort.

Main Table (Report Overview)

When you first open the Reports Scheduler tab, you’ll see a table listing all configured schedules with the following fields:

  • Report Name – The label you assign to your scheduled report.

  • Report Type – The category of report (e.g., Threat Exposure, Attack Surface, Dark Web, Brand Protection).

  • Report Content – Whether the scheduled output is an Executive Summary or a Full Detailed Report.

  • Frequency – How often the report is delivered (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

  • Time – The exact delivery time.

  • Recipients – Email addresses receiving the report.

  • Actions – Manage, edit, or delete existing report schedules.

If no reports are scheduled, the table will be empty until you add a new one.

Add New Report Scheduler

Clicking Add New Report Scheduler opens a configuration form where you can tailor the scheduled report.

1. Report Type

Choose which intelligence area the report should cover:

  • Threat Exposure – Summarizes exposure data and vulnerabilities tied to your assets.

  • Attack Surface – Provides insights into discovered subdomains, technologies, and potential risks.

  • Dark Web – Surfaces breaches, leaks, and underground activity mentioning your organization.

  • Brand Protection – Detects impersonation, phishing, and misuse of your brand.

2. Report Filters (Optional)

Fine-tune the scope of your report:

  • Select Subdomains – Choose one or multiple subdomains (e.g., 365.example.com, api.example.com). If none are selected, the report includes all subdomains.

  • Select Date Range – Define the period of data to include:

    • Last Day

    • Last Week

    • Last 2 Weeks

    • Last Month

    • Last 3 Months

    • Last 6 Months

    • Last Year

    • Last 2 Years

This allows you to align reports with business cycles or compliance requirements.

3. Delivery Frequency

Decide how often the report is automatically generated and delivered:

  • Daily – Perfect for high-activity monitoring.

  • Weekly – Good balance for SOC teams.

  • Monthly – Often chosen for executives or board-level reporting.

4. Report Content

Define the level of detail in the report:

  • Executive Summary – High-level overview suitable for management.

  • Full Detailed Report – Comprehensive intelligence with in-depth technical details.

5. Delivery Time

Set the exact time of day for the report to be generated and emailed (e.g., 12:00 AM).

6. Email Recipients

Enter one or multiple email addresses where the report will be delivered.

  • Reports are sent directly to the registered recipients.

  • Each report is generated as a PDF and automatically emailed.

Why It Matters

The Reports Scheduler transforms reporting from a manual task into a hands-free automation.

  • Executives get scheduled summaries in their inbox without logging in.

  • Analysts can set recurring detailed reports to maintain continuous visibility.

  • Compliance teams can align reports with regulatory cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
