Clouds

Clouds Section

This section highlights subdomains and assets hosted on cloud service providers. It helps identify where parts of the infrastructure are deployed and whether they rely on third-party cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

1. Subdomain

  • Displays which subdomain is hosted on the cloud provider.

  • Example: enterpriseenrollment.examle.com and enterpriseregistration.example.com.

2. Cloud Provider

  • Shows the cloud environment used, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

  • In this case, both subdomains are hosted on Microsoft Azure.

3. IP Address

  • Lists the public IP assigned to the cloud-hosted subdomain.

  • Example: 20.189.172.161 and 20.190.156.68.

4. ASN Ownership

  • Identifies the organization responsible for the IP range (via Autonomous System Number).

  • Here, it’s Microsoft Corporation, confirming Azure’s ownership of these IPs.

5. Status

  • Indicates if the cloud resource is Active (currently reachable) or inactive.

  • Both subdomains here are shown as Active.

6. Last Scan

  • Shows when the platform last checked the availability and status of these assets.

  • Example: Both were scanned 5 months ago, suggesting that a rescan may be needed.

7. Filters (Top Section)

  • Subdomain Filter: Lets you narrow down cloud assets by subdomain.

  • ASN Ownership Filter: Lets you filter by organization owning the cloud resources.

  • Useful for large infrastructures to focus only on relevant assets.

8. Export Button

  • Located in the top-right corner, this feature allows exporting cloud asset details for reporting, auditing, or integration into other security tools.
