What is ASM?

Attack Surface Management (ASM) is the continuous cybersecurity practice of discovering, monitoring, and managing all digital assets that could be targeted by attackers. Unlike one-time assessments, ASM operates on an ongoing basis, providing organizations with real-time visibility into their entire attack surface.

This includes domains, subdomains, IP addresses, cloud resources, applications, shadow IT, and other exposures.
